Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, the cottage comprises of an entrance hall,split-level lounge/dining area, kitchen, two double en-suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom.
Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm on the first day of the let and should vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure. Rental prices include all linen, electricity, fuel and towels.
Situated on a quiet lane on the outskirts of the village of Salen, the cottage is in a slightly elevated position providing extensive, uninterrupted views across the Sound of Mull to the Morvern Hills beyond.
Salen is a small village, centrally located on the island, with a well stocked supermarket, superb bakery and take away, post office, church, hotel, small cafe, garage, petrol station and doctor's surgery. There are regular bus services to Tobermory and the Craignure ferry.
The area is abundant with wildlife; deer, sea-eagles, buzzards, hen harriers and many other birds are seen regularly around the cottage.
The cottage has private off-road parking for up to four vehicles.
Please note, there are two wildlife ponds in the garden of the cottage, children should be supervised at all times.
